When your order is dispatched and a tracking number is added, your order status will show the latest shipment details and carrier tracking link.
What you may need
Use the email address or phone number used at checkout. Keep your order number handy when contacting us about a shipment.
Delivery
Standard UK delivery is normally 2–3 working days. Selected brake disc and pad products have a 3–5 working day delivery estimate. If your basket contains one of these items, please allow 3–5 working days for the whole order.
Separate brake disc and pad deliveries
Brake discs and brake pads may be dispatched separately and can arrive as two separate deliveries, each with its own tracking information where available.
Remote and offshore areas
An additional £15 delivery surcharge applies to specified remote/offshore postcodes including AB31–AB56, BT, GY, HS, IM, IV, JE, KW, PA20–PA78 and above, PH, PO and ZE, as well as offshore islands. The charge must be confirmed by the applicable delivery rate at checkout.
