Problem: The standard ball joints fail prematurely due to their vulnerable rubber-metal bond. The ball joints cannot be replaced on the original control arm (E46).
Effect: › Distracting noise from the front axle › Steering play › Complete replacement of control arm and ball joints. Wheel alignment is required (E46)
Solution: › Reinforced aluminium control arm (E46) › Replaceable, long-life full-metal ball joints › MEYLE high-tech grease
