You may change your mind and cancel part or all of your order with us at any time up to 14 working days after you receive the item. Purchases made by the buyer will be liable to 15% Handling / Re-stocking Charge. Should you need to return an item, please contact us and we will forward our returns information to you.

Please clearly mark your parcel with your name and eBay ID and contact telephone number. We aim to process your refund via PayPal within 2-3 working days of receiving the goods, providing they are undamaged and in a resalable condition.

If you choose to have any product professionally installed and it becomes faulty, We will NOT be held responsible for any labour costs or any damage whatever sort including any recovery charges or transportation costs involving in installing or removing the product from your vehicle during or after the warranty period.
